Planned Maintenance
We create bespoke planned, preventative maintenance contracts which comply with all guidelines, legislation and statutory requirements. Contract costs can be spread over 12 months and we provide an annual maintenance programme with scheduled visit dates, so you always know when we’re coming and what we’re going to be doing.

Reactive Maintenance
We appreciate that issues come up that need to be resolved between scheduled visits and we also provide our contract clients with a 24/7 reactive maintenance response to agreed hourly rates, SLAs and KPIs.
